CLE Time© Watch Warranty
Your CLE Time© watch is warranted for four years, from the date of purchase, against failures due to defective materials or workmanship, under normal use. During this four year period, we will repair such defects, free of charge (except the fee for mailing and handling), provided that the timepiece has been used and operated in accordance with instructions in the manual.
This CLE Time© watch warranty does not cover the free repair or replacement of cases, watchbands, straps, dials, crowns, clasps, or crystals, etc., since such items are subject to the wear and tear of daily use. The CLE Time© watch warranty is void if the watch has been tampered with, abused, exposed to moisture (for watches which are not marked water-resistant), subjected to extreme conditions for which it was not designed or if other than factory genuine parts have been used. Your CLE Time© watch is not warranted against beer bottle impact in the Dawg Pound. FREEBIES! If you want us to, we'll even reset your watch for you FREE for daylight savings time!
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
